- Eligibility and requirements
- Use permitted only to persons aged 18 or older with legal capacity. One account per person, device, and address. Use is prohibited where local law does not permit it. We may request verification to confirm age and residence in Peru.
- Changes to the terms
- We may update these terms for legal, security, or service reasons. Changes will take effect upon posting on the site. Continued use will be deemed acceptance of the current version. We will notify you of significant changes when reasonable.
- Proper use of the platform
- It is prohibited to: provide false information, share credentials, use automated software, manipulate odds or an event, commit bonus fraud, collusion, or money laundering. We may close or suspend your account in the event of a violation.
- Content protection
- The software, trademarks, data, and materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Their use is limited to personal access for betting purposes and permitted services. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. We are not liable for losses resulting from internet failures, third parties, obvious typographical errors in events or fees, or misuse of your account. Maximum liability is limited to the balance available in your account at the time of the incident.
General betting rules: acceptance, odds, and events
- Requirements for betting
- You can only place a bet if your account is active, verified where applicable, and has sufficient funds or an applicable bonus. Bets must comply with market rules and permitted usage restrictions.
- Acceptance and confirmation
- A bet is accepted upon receipt of the ticket number on the interface. Prior to confirmation, odds offers are informative and subject to change. We may reject bets due to risk limits, legal compliance, or event configuration.

- Available methods: local transfers, cards, digital wallets, and other authorized payment providers. The credit is usually immediate or within a few minutes. Limits per transaction and per day may apply. We do not charge any fees, but your provider may apply charges.
- Retreats
- We process withdrawals on behalf of the account holder using, where possible, the same method as the deposit. Estimated timeframes: internal review within 24 to 72 business hours and crediting subject to the provider. We may require additional verification before releasing funds.
- KYC verification and fraud prevention
- To comply with AML and security regulations, we may request your ID or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Unusual transactions may require additional checks or the payment to be split into installments.
